We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional cleaning person to help maintain residential HOA and condominium communities in the Seattle area.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details others miss, and consistently delivers a high standard of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Clean common areas, hallways, and entryways
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors
Sanitize high-touch areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean elevators, stairwells, and mailroom areas
Spot clean walls, doors, and baseboards
Restock supplies when needed
Report maintenance concerns observed while cleaning
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail is a must
Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable working around residents and homeowners
Compensation:
$35 per hour
Flexible schedule
Part-time with the potential for ongoing, consistent work
