Plot Location within cemetery: Section G, Block 9/17, ROW 10B, Grave Site 17; standing markers ARE allowed.
We were told by Crown Hill Cemetery management that their current pricing is as follows:
- Total for 1 plot: $5900 (including actual plot ($3300), opening and closing ($1800), and liner ($800))
However, we are asking ONLY:
- $3500, including opening and closing, liner (you will save $2400)
- Buyer also pays transfer fee to Cemetery, currently $300
Will also consider reasonable offer.
We no longer need this plot as we purchased new plot closer to where we live.
Cemetery Management will facilitate a meeting where we can transfer the plot using a quitclaim deed.
