Loken Construction is a small residential remodeling company established in 1992 focusing on high-end additions, remodels, and ground-up builds. We generally work in North Seattle, but have also done work in places like Bellevue, Mercer Island, West Seattle, and Bothell. Typical activities include demo, foundations, framing, siding, windows/doors, trim, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.
We are looking for carpenters with at least two years of experience to work with our project managers on a range of jobs from kitchen and bathroom remodels to commercial builds. The ideal candidate will be teachable, punctual, have a good work ethic, high attention to detail, take pride in their work, and have a truck and their own basic tools. Must be willing to take direction and do some demo, digging, and other manual labor as needed as well as more detail-oriented, skill-based work.
