Everything is in good working condition. I was using them consistently , but sad to let it go since I’m trying to downsize. To make the bag stand stiffer you’ll want to fill the base with rolled up clothes or towels (that’s what I did and never had an issue). Trackers would need to get registered with FightCamp and activate a membership to start working with workouts. Wraps are the ones that came with trackers and have a special slot for them to be inserted while using.
