The 3/4 bath next to the room for rent is primarily to go with this room and is semi-private. We won’t use the shower or store items here, but may use the toilet at times as needed. It is located off the kitchen directly next to the Master RM for rent. The private entrance is through the laundry room door through the side gate to the driveway. But you’re welcome to use the front door at the living room.
The house is 4 BDRM, 2 BA, 1700 SQ. FT one story. Common areas in house are shared with one middle aged female, one female college student, and one male; 18 end of Sept. a HS senior this year. I work from home and am in the field as a sales consultant.
$880 includes all utilities, internet, TV apps, high speed wi-fi. Driveway accommodates four cars with off street parking; we have three cars. On the bus line, walking distance to route 165. Eight min. to SeaTac airport, five min. Angle Lake light rail, 24 min. to Seattle via 509/99, 30 min to Tacoma, 30 min. to Bellevue.
Females only. Flight attendants have worked well in the past. Background check required $40, first month rent and $200 refundable damage deposit.
