The room that is available is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The room has a large window that faces the front of the house. The room is large enough for a queen or king and has space for a small couch or sitting area. $1300 Utilities WIFI, TV included. Rent is month to month.
From the housemates: We are looking for a roommate to join our large communal house in Lake Forest Park, which features:
• an incredible view of Lake Washington
• a spacious kitchen, backyard and back deck
• driveway and street parking
• near a bus stop
• washer and dryer
• space for working from home
• quick access to the Burke-Gilman trail
• covered bike storage
• A cat named Mr. Meow and a dog named Tomas
• annnnnnd a sauna!!

Arielle: (38 yo, she/her) is a queer woman who is passionate about co-creating a new regenerative paradigm where all living things are cared for. She enjoys spending time with community - whether it be through song circles, ecstatic dance, festivals, gatherings etc. She also enjoys her independence and alone time. By day, she has her own business and works as a facilitator and leadership/systems change consultant out of the house. By night, you can find her hanging out and cooking a meal or spending time at community events. She’s hoping to find someone who complements our house dynamic and brings shared values living a healthy and conscious lifestyle. She also has a small dog named Tomas who is very playful and cute.
Fay: (32 yo, she/her) is a master gardener who is passionate for learning and adventure. She values quality time together, everything within the natural world, and good food. The home is very cute and well curated with lots of space for activities. I have a very imaginative mind which helps me along my journey for music making, gardening, and writing. You’ll also get to meet Mr.meow. An elderly kitten with lots of personality.
Kat: (30/she/her) is an active LMT who loves to explore nature and all things health and wellness. Aspiring naturalist with passion for herbal medicine and music. I've lived in this house for a few years and I completely adore my housemates. The yard and view is beautiful and we have a sauna which totally makes the winter months better. It's a vibey and respectful dynamic with a focus on clear and direct communications of needs. As a home, we do have high standards for tidiness, and cleanliness, as well as clearly defined chores and systems for accountability regarding that.
