Beautiful Ravenna Home, seeking a 3rd housemate. Furnished or unfurnished room. Close to the university and light rail. Available room is private, large, and bright and shares a full bathroom with one roommate. The home is spacious allowing for both privacy and for gatherings. Shared spaces include ample kitchen, dining room, living room, two family rooms, decks, bathroom and beautiful garden. Laundry on site. Easy street parking. Super sweet neighbors. The home is on a quiet street that is close to groceries, bike commuter routes, bookstores, restaurants, yoga studios, and beautiful parks. One resident has lived in the home for 25 years. She is an artist and a professor. She works out of the home part-time and in the her home studio part time. The other is an engineer who works Monday thru Friday and travels for work. We are looking for a mature housemate who is at least 30 yrs old. We are left-leaning and LGBTQ+ friendly. We are active, studious and focused. We are engaged in our work and keep an orderly and neat home.
