NO PROFESSIONAL AUTO DETAILING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Derek’s Auto Detail – Seattle
We’re looking for FAST-LEARNING, DEPENDABLE PEOPLE WITH GREAT ATTITUDES who want to learn professional auto detailing.
You do NOT need professional auto detailing experience.
However, you should have SOME CLEANING EXPERIENCE AND STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL — OR be able to tell us why your previous experience and abilities would make you a great professional car cleaner/detailer.
We’re looking for the person first. We can teach you professional detailing.

We’re open 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday.
Current opportunities are generally:
5–6 days per week
5–7 hour shifts
Morning shifts starting around 8:45 AM
Afternoon shifts generally 11:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM
Monday–Saturday availability strongly preferred
COMPENSATION & TRAINING
While training, you will be paid an HOURLY RATE, PAID WEEKLY.
You’ll work alongside experienced detailers while learning our professional detailing processes, products, equipment and quality standards.
Once you’re independently proficient in our processes and able to complete jobs to our standards, you’ll move to our PERFORMANCE-BASED COMMISSION COMPENSATION + TIPS PER JOB, PAID WEEKLY.
As your skills, efficiency and ability to perform more advanced services grow, so does your earning potential.
Our experienced full-time detailers average approximately $60K/YEAR TO $100K+ in total annual compensation.
