Is a technical problem blocking your launch, customer delivery, revenue, or day-to-day operations?
I provide focused, senior-level rescue engagements for startups, agencies, and small businesses dealing with a stalled application, unreliable cloud system, failed deployment, unfinished project, or urgent infrastructure problem.
I am a Seattle-based engineer who previously worked on Amazon Web Services and later served as a Principal Engineer on core Oracle Cloud platform systems.
You work directly with me—not a salesperson, junior technician, or outsourced support desk.
LOCAL SEATTLE PRESENCE
I work from a professional workspace near South Lake Union and Denny Triangle. In-person working sessions are available to Seattle-area business clients by appointment. Remote engagements are also available.
COMMON SITUATIONS I CAN HELP WITH
* An application that will not deploy, launch, or remain reliable
* A developer or contractor left a business-critical project unfinished
* Recurring production, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, API, database, storage, or backend problems
* AWS or another cloud environment has become expensive, fragile, or difficult to manage
* Missing monitoring, backup, recovery, deployment, or operational documentation
* A vendor proposal, architecture, cloud setup, or codebase needs an independent senior review
* A launch or customer deadline requires temporary senior engineering help
5-DAY APP & CLOUD RESCUE SPRINT — $2,500 FIXED
This is a focused five-business-day engagement for one clearly defined primary objective in an existing application or cloud environment. You receive a written scope before implementation begins.
Depending on the condition of the system, the sprint may deliver a completed repair, a stabilized deployment, a cloud-cost or reliability improvement, a completed migration step, or a documented recovery path.
The sprint includes:
* Initial triage and prioritized action plan
* Root-cause investigation
* Hands-on implementation of the agreed primary objective
* Deployment or operational verification, where applicable
* Written handoff notes and next-step recommendations
* Seven days of limited follow-up after delivery
I currently have capacity for no more than two rescue-sprint clients.
RAPID TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT — $500
When the issue needs to be scoped before implementation, the assessment includes:
* A 60–90 minute working session
* Review of the relevant system, architecture, logs, or project materials
* A root-cause hypothesis and prioritized action plan
* A written fixed-scope recommendation
The $500 assessment fee is credited toward a rescue sprint booked within 72 hours.
A brief no-cost fit call is available to determine whether the situation is a match. Technical diagnosis begins with the paid assessment or rescue sprint.
This service is for business applications, cloud systems, and software projects. It is not residential computer repair, unauthorized access, password or account recovery, or an entire new application build for $2,500. I work only on systems you own or are authorized to manage.
WHEN REPLYING, PLEASE INCLUDE
1. What your business or application does
2. What is currently broken, blocked, or unfinished
3. Your technology stack, if known
4. Your target deadline
5. Whether you control the relevant code, cloud accounts, and administrative access
6. Whether you are interested in the assessment or the rescue sprint
Professional background and business credentials can be verified during the fit process.
