We’re looking for an organized, adaptable person to handle daily administrative tasks, support our sales and operations teams, and assist with the clerical side of e-commerce.
This is a hands-on support position focused on keeping information accurate, completing daily tasks, and helping the team stay organized. E-commerce responsibilities include entering product information and building listings. This position does not manage e-commerce strategy, sales, or marketing.
You don’t need to arrive knowing every part of the job. If you bring most of the relevant skills, learn quickly, and take initiative, you can grow into additional responsibilities as you become comfortable with our systems and processes.
What You’ll Do:
Administrative & Team Support
-Handle data entry, document preparation, email correspondence, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
-Assist the sales and operations teams with paperwork, order information, customer follow-ups, and daily coordination.
-Support delivery scheduling, order tracking, freight quotes and bookings, and shipping documentation.
-Help coordinate customer service requests, warranty claims, parts orders, and service appointments.
-Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and coworkers to keep tasks moving.
-Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for bookkeeping.
-Provide general administrative support to company leadership.
-Shift between assignments as priorities change, keeping track of deadlines and following through on unfinished tasks.
E-Commerce & Product Data Support
-Create and update product listings on marketplace platforms and our website using established processes.
-Enter product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, condition, and availability.
-Build website product pages, including SEO titles, meta descriptions, categories, tags, and other required fields, with training and guidance as needed.
-Research model numbers and manufacturer information to verify product details.
-Upload and organize product photos, manuals, and specification sheets.
-Use spreadsheets, templates, and bulk uploads to organize and enter product information.
-Check listings for accuracy, completeness, and consistent formatting.
-Work with sales and warehouse staff to confirm product information and resolve discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For
-A solid foundation in administrative or clerical work, with strong computer skills.
-Comfort using spreadsheets, email, and business software, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
-Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
-Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
-The ability to work well with others and complete assignments independently.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities throughout the day.
-The ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized without losing track of important details.
-Initiative, dependable follow-through, and a willingness to ask questions when something is unclear.
-Good judgment when handling confidential business and customer information.
Previous experience with product listings, e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, shipping coordination, or customer service is helpful, but extensive e-commerce experience is not required. We value relevant skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn more than checking every box.
Training & Growth
You’ll start with responsibilities that match your experience and take on additional tasks as you learn our processes. We’re looking for someone who can contribute right away while continuing to build their knowledge and become a dependable resource for the team.
To Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief introduction describing your relevant experience, the systems you’ve worked with, and why you would be a good fit for a varied administrative support role.
