I paid $6,000 to get her, and have since invested $30,000 into her future. A patch of her roof was replaced, her entire body was repainted, repairs were performed by Point S Tire, she gets regular full synthetic oil changes, and I've spent countless hours stressing over her conversion into a camper. Tires are good. 60,000 original miles.
You'll keep her six roof racks, wiring for a solar panel system, an EcoFlow alternator charger + its wiring, plywood shelving, live-edge cedar, fir strips, wool insulation, foam insulation, wool rolled across the ceiling and windows for shade, uber-expensive cedar flooring behind the two front seats, futon mattress, owner's manual, a Haynes repair manual, proper paperwork, fire extinguisher + its clamp on the driver's seat, transmission fluid pre-mix, a jack + tire iron, and a full-size spare.
What I personally installed, you'll probably want to pull.
My carpentry was amateurish. She's a gas hog. There's a transmission fluid leak. Her paint's chipped. The "Dodge Ram" insignia (that's included) needs to be fixed to the passenger-side door. Her driver-side headlight's housing is missing one of two plastic clips inside, making the whole unit sag. The steering wheel pulls to the right sometimes while driving, and pulls to the left sometimes while braking. A large dent (painted over) exists on the passenger side. Minor rust exists, most noticeably around the driver-side back-corner gutter. Water leaks into the cab. The muffler leaks exhaust. Two teeth in her grille are missing. The safety neutral switch (included) needs to be installed. She's FWD, and heavy behind the rear axle. 3 owners including myself. The thermometer wiring to the dashboard needs a new head soddered onto the end which attaches to the battery. Did I mention my carpentry? Those are all of the issues I know about.
She's not getting the love she deserves. Every time I'm back in town, I think I'd rather finish school than finish her. Those are my reasons for selling her.
