Up for sale is our 1976 Ford F-250 equipped with a 360 V8 and an automatic transmission. This has been a fun project truck for us, but it’s time to pass the torch to someone who will truly enjoy it!
It starts right up, runs, drives, and stops just fine. All lights work properly—it’s an absolute blast to cruise around in as-is while you make it your own. We originally picked this up about three years ago for a father/son project, but we’ve realized restoring trucks isn't really our thing.
Recent Mechanical Updates & New Parts:
-Engine/Fuel: Professionally rebuilt carburetor
-Starting System: Brand-new starter (not a remanufactured unit) & fresh battery
-New Hardware Installed: Battery tray, starter cable, hood latch, glove box liner, and middle seat belt
Good to Know (The Honest Truth):
-Tires: Excellent tread depth remaining (see pictures)
-Ignition: Features a newer Ignition Control Module (professionally installed under prior ownership)
-Engine Notes: Has blowby and a standard FE exhaust leak (very typical for these old 360/390 engines)
-Body/Rust: Doors are clean and rust-free! There are two specific areas of rust: the front of the bed floor and the driver-side rear cab corner (detailed close-up photos attached).
