Located at the mid point of mission mortuary cemetery in seaside California. Has bit of an ocean view. No need to worry about paying more fees or hidden costs purchasing through the cemetery. As the plots include services for a package deal. Such as recording interment, “sealer” vaults, a memorial service, regal rose 24x12, and setting fees. Will cut deal if both purchased together along with me paying the “deed” fee which is the title of property exchange.
This bundle is worth around 14.5k if purchased from the mortuary. Along with the additional taxes.
