I like peace, I'm easy going and funny. The amount listed includes all bills. I do have wifi at my Apt but it quit working so I'm waiting for maintenance to repair it. Live upstairs, have a cat, and prefer that you like animals but don't have any to bring with you. Length of stay can be temporary, a few months, or up to a year, your choice, just communicate please.
