In excellent condition. The white paint scratch is just because it got rubbed against something while moving, and the original enamel paint underneath isn't even scratched. The white paint was applied just so it blended into a closet better, and can easily be removed
Combination is entered via electronic push button on the top and it comes with back up key entry as well.
Got it years ago but after a move it's no longer needed. I bought it for $450, and I'm selling it for $200. I'll even include some paint if you want to touch up the scratched paint instead of just take it off
