ā Boarding & Securing Properties
ā Minor Repairs & General Maintenance
ā Property Inspections & Preservation Work
Contractor Requirements:
ā Previous property preservation experience required
ā Ability to complete quality work with detailed photos and documentation
ā Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
ā Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
ā Professional communication and timely updates
