We at Angelo’s Restaurant in Dunmore are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Line Cook, Server, Dishwasher and Food Runner to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong cooking skills, a passion for quality food, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, professional restaurant environment. Hablar español es una ventaja.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
* Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portion control
* Set up and stock assigned station before service
* Execute orders accurately and efficiently during busy service periods
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
* Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
* Communicate effectively with the Chef and kitchen team
* Assist with prep, inventory, and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous line-cook experience required; fine-dining or Italian restaurant experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
* Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
