**This position is for a BOOTH RENT Based Structure**
In this type of structure you pay a weekly rental fee for your Barber Station. You are given the ability to charge your own prices and have full freedom of your hours and business practices, allowing you to make as much money as you want..
BOOTH RENTAL BREAKDOWN:
Month 1-Month 6
$150 Per Week
Month 7-Month 12+
$200 Per Week (Full Rent Price)
* You Will Have Your Own Booking Link and Platform For Your Clients to Book, Giving You The Opportunity To Charge Your Own Prices and Hours.
* The Shop Will Always Be Available To You From The Hours Of 8AM- 7PM (Tuesday-Saturday)
* You Will Be Given 2 Weeks RENT FREE For Any Vacations or Time Off If You Choose.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional barbering services including haircutting, shaving, beard trimming, and grooming using tools such as straight razors and scissors
* Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ requests and offering expert advice on hair care, products, and styling options
* Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
* Valid state-issued Barber License with current certification as a Licensed Barber.
* Proven experience with a Portfolio of past works showcasing talents.
* Current Clientele
* At-least 2 Years of Prior Experience in the Industry.
* Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations
