Construction Worker Needed – Scranton Wilkes Barre Area
Looking for a dependable Construction Worker for work in rental renovations in and around the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area.
Work Includes:
• Interior and exterior painting
• Light plumbing repairs
• Basic electrical work
• Sheetrock and drywall repairs
• Demo, Property clean-outs, Cleaning
• General maintenance, labor and handyman tasks
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Ability to lift and perform physical work
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Prior construction or maintenance experience preferred
• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
