Acorns wanted...Will pick up (. Scranton)

Hi, I am presently attempting to do a reforestation project and need acorns, desperately.
Red or white oak... If you've got em on the ground, I will come and pick them up.
I need several buckets full and would appreciate any tips on where I can find them.
It's not a great mast year for acorns, so they're kind of hard to find in bulk.
Any help would be appreciated
