Interior Designer Needed (Scottsdale/ Phoenix)

We work with homeowners who expect beautiful results, meticulous craftsmanship, and an elevated client experience. We’re looking for someone who can bring that same level of sophistication to every design consultation.
YOUR ROLE
You’ll work directly with discerning homeowners to develop elevated interior concepts and help bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct in-home design consultations with luxury homeowners
* Develop sophisticated paint and color palettes
* Recommend premium colors, finishes, and sheens
* Coordinate colors with flooring, cabinetry, countertops, furnishings, and architectural details
* Help clients make confident design decisions
* Stay current with luxury interior design trends and materials
* Create polished presentations and design recommendations
* Collaborate closely with our project management and painting teams
* Build strong, long-term relationships with high-end clients
* Identify opportunities to enhance the overall scope and design of projects
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* 2 + years of interior design experience
* Exceptional knowledge of color theory and finishes
* A sophisticated and modern design aesthetic
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Confidence working directly with high-net-worth homeowners
* Excellent attention to detail
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* A strong portfolio demonstrating your design work
* Knowledge of Scottsdale and Phoenix luxury residential design is a plus
