FurBabies Resort and Spa is a premier luxury dog resort, and we're looking to expand our team with an experienced Dog Grooming Coordinator / Assistant Manager. **PLEASE NOTE THAT Previous experience scheduling dog grooming appointments and working in the dog grooming industry is REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION**
At FurBabies, we provide luxury Dog Boarding, Dog Daycare, Grooming, Professional Training, and a high-end pet boutique. As our Grooming Coordinator / Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional care while helping oversee the daily operations of the resort.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule grooming appointments while maintaining an efficient daily schedule.
* Assist with scheduling daycare, boarding, and training reservations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to pet parents in person and over the phone.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the resort to ensure a smooth and organized environment.
* Assist with facility cleanliness and organization
* Work alongside the management team and be willing to jump in wherever needed. Our managers lead by example and are hands-on with daily operations and animal care.
* Help merchandise and stock our luxury pet boutique as needed.
What We're Looking For
* Previous dog grooming scheduling experience is **REQUIRED**.
* Experience working in a dog grooming salon or similar pet care environment.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent customer service.
* A team player who is proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
* Someone looking to grow with a company that values its employees and promotes from within.
We are primarily seeking a FULL TIME team member, however we will consider part time applicants for the right candidate.
