For sale is an outstanding matching Definitive Technology home theater front soundstage consisting of:
• (2) Definitive Technology BP-8060ST Bipolar SuperTower floorstanding speakers
• (1) Definitive Technology CS-8060HD powered center-channel speaker
These were part of Definitive Technology’s highly regarded flagship-style powered bipolar speaker series and are an excellent choice for someone looking for a serious home theater system that is equally capable with two-channel music.
Original MSRP: $2,697

CONDITION
All three speakers are in very good, gently pre-owned condition and have been well cared for.
Most importantly, they are fully functional.
The built-in powered subwoofer amplifiers have been tested and are operating properly.
The black cloth “socks” surrounding the cabinets are also in very nice condition, and the speakers present extremely well overall.
These have not been abused or driven hard and are being sold simply because of a change in our home audio setup.
BP-8060ST SUPERTOWERS
The BP-8060ST is not a conventional tower speaker. Each tower combines Definitive Technology’s bipolar speaker design with its own built-in 300-watt powered subwoofer system.

The bipolar design uses both forward- and rear-firing drivers to produce an unusually large, spacious soundstage while retaining excellent imaging.
Because each tower has its own powered 10-inch subwoofer and 2 passive radiators, these speakers can produce substantial deep bass without requiring a separate conventional subwoofer in many rooms.
They are equally impressive for movies, concerts and high-quality two-channel music.
MATCHING CS-8060HD POWERED CENTER CHANNEL
Also included is the correct matching Definitive Technology CS-8060HD center channel.
Unlike most center-channel speakers, the CS-8060HD incorporates its own powered 8-inch subwoofer and 150-watt amplifier, giving dialogue and front-channel effects considerably more weight and dynamic impact than a typical passive center speaker.

The result is a very large, enveloping soundstage with impressive bass extension and dynamics without having multiple large subwoofer cabinets around the room.
