• Business Manager, C.O.O 2+ years - client service, scheduling, payroll/paystubs, finding vendors, logistics. Strong with software: Procore, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AI tools and automations. Real knack for technology, I learn new systems fast.
• Delivery driver - construction materials across NY and Connecticut, long routes (6+ hours)
• Construction foreman, 1.5 years - ran crews and schedules
• Handyman / rough & finish carpenter on renovations, 3 years; high-end cabinetry shop, 6 months
• Junior mechanic basics - brake pads, tires, steering parts
• Landscaping, 6 months (Connecticut)
