Downsizing. Two vintage silver face receivers from the 1970s "golden age of stereo" Your choice $150 each.
Even with its modest power the Pioneer can drive most speakers with ease. Perfect for most size listening rooms. If you need more power, check out the Onkyo. All power ratings are "Real" RMS watts into 8 ohms, both channels continuously driven, from 20 to 20KHz.
In like new cosmetic condition. You won't find a scratch on either of the faceplates, or a ding on the real wood cabinet of the Pioneer. The Onkyo cabinet has a woodgrain vinyl wrap.
Each has received the basic servicing of inspection, cleaning, and de-oxing of all controls. Functionally they work 100% with the following caveat: The SX 434 has a weak left channel phono preamp stage. If your turntable has a built in preamp you connect it to one of the receiver's high level inputs. If not, you'll need to buy a separate preamp ( $20 on Amazon) to play vinyl.
Check the "sold" prices on the internet sales sites. The prices listed here are more than fair.
