Navien NPE-240A2(NG) High Efficiency Condensing Tankless Water Heater - Natural Gas (NG). Originally purchased brand new and professionally installed in November 2023. We are upgrading to a combination boiler/tankless water heater system. Asking $1800. The unit costs about $2400+ new plus installation cost. This unit is just under 3 years old, and comes with a transferable 10 year warranty. Excellent 'like new' condition and extremely efficient. Owners/Installation Manuals included.
