Sometimes we can feel that something keeps repeating in our lives, even when we genuinely want things to change.
Maybe you find yourself in the same relationship patterns, struggling to understand your reactions, feeling disconnected from yourself, or trying to move forward from experiences that have you feeling stuck.
My work focuses on exploring the deeper layers of these experiences — understanding where patterns come from, getting curious about the different parts of ourselves, and building a healthier relationship with ourselves and others.
My background includes training through the Wounded Healers Institute, with knowledge and experience in inner work, IFS-informed parts work, emotional and relationship patterns, subconscious beliefs, and the utilization of cannabis for healing and meditation. I’m particularly interested in helping people recognize root causes, uncover patterns they may not have seen before, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
Sessions may incorporate conversation, reflective exercises, creative exploration, art therapy-informed approaches, dance and movement, and holistic healing practices, depending on the individual and what feels helpful. My interests also include Reiki and energy healing facilitation.
This work may be especially meaningful for people who feel things deeply, are reflective by nature, or have spent a lot of time trying to understand themselves and their relationships.
My approach is centered on curiosity, self-connection, and personal growth — not judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
