We value precision and clean workmanship: straight siding courses, even spacing, accurate cuts, properly aligned trim, and neat, consistent caulk lines where required.
Work includes:
• Removing existing siding
• Carrying and organizing materials
• Assisting with house wrap, siding, trim, soffit and fascia
• Measuring and cutting accurately for tight, clean fits
• Applying caulk neatly where required by installation instructions
• Protecting landscaping, patios and other property
• Keeping the jobsite clean and picking up debris
Siding or general construction experience is preferred. Tell us if you have worked with vinyl, aluminum or James Hardie siding, and whether you can install independently or primarily assist.
Must be reliable, follow instructions, work safely around ladders and scaffolding, and have dependable transportation to jobsites.
Pay based on experience and responsibilities, agreed upon before starting.
