For qualifying projects, I'm willing to work differently.
I build the agreed project first. You review it. You approve it. Then you pay.
For a smaller website project, I complete the agreed initial build before you make the first development payment.
If it's a larger project, we break it into substantial milestones. Each milestone is completed, demonstrated, and approved before payment is due for that portion of the project. That completed milestone is paid before we move to the next one.
