PORT CONTAINER RUNS | WEEKLY PAY | FUEL SURCHARGE INCLUDED | OPERATE UNDER NGL DOT AUTHORITY
NGL Transportation is looking for experienced, reliable CDL-A Owner Operators with their own trucks to join our Savannah Division in Garden City, Georgia.
Owner Operators will operate their own tractors under NGL Transportation's USDOT Authority, following NGL's dispatch procedures, safety policies, and DOT compliance requirements.
No separate MC/DOT Operating Authority is required.
If you own a commercial tractor, have a valid CDL-A and TWIC Card, and have experience hauling containers in and out of the
Savannah Port, we want to hear from you!

NGL Savannah Yard:

Typical Route:
Savannah Port → Customer Delivery Location → Savannah Port (Empty Container Return)
•Direct port-to-customer deliveries
•Empty container returns directly to the port
•NGL company chassis provided
•Regional container transportation throughout Georgia and surrounding states
•Savannah Port experience required
•Valid TWIC Card required
•Loads assigned based on customer demand and dispatch schedules
•All operations conducted under NGL Transportation's USDOT Authority

All rates below already include the current 51% Fuel Surcharge (FSC).

•All route rates are subject to change weekly according to the applicable FSC.
•The final rate for each load will be confirmed by dispatch.
•No additional FSC will be added to the rates listed above.

đź“‹ OWNER OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS
•Own and operate a reliable commercial tractor
•Valid CDL-A
•Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
•Savannah Port container hauling experience required
•Valid TWIC Card
•Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
•No major at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
•Satisfactory driving and safety record
•Current truck registration
•Current truck annual inspection
•Must qualify to operate under NGL Transportation's USDOT Authority
•Must comply with NGL's dispatch, safety, and DOT regulations
•Must comply with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS), ELD, and drug and alcohol testing requirements, as applicable
•Must meet NGL's insurance and Owner Operator qualification requirements
•Reliable communication and professional service
🛡️ MINIMUM INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All Owner Operators must maintain:
•Non-Trucking Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 minimum
•Bobtail coverage as required by NGL
•Valid Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Qualified Owner Operators must provide the following documents before starting operations:
1.Signed Owner Operator Agreement Form (provided by NGL)
2.Signed OCAC Form
3.Completed W-9 Form (EIN/legal name must match the name shown on the COI)
4.Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing $1,000,000 Non-Trucking Liability and required Bobtail coverage
5.Truck Registration Copy
6.IFTA Copy
7.Current Truck Annual Inspection Report
8.CDL-A – Front and Back Copy
9.Driver's Social Security Card Copy (through secure onboarding)
10.Valid TWIC Card Copy
11.Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
12.Completion of NGL's driver qualification and safety onboarding requirements
13.Required pre-employment drug testing and FMCSA Clearinghouse verification
All documents are subject to verification and approval before dispatch.
🛡️ NGL DOT AUTHORITY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE
All Owner Operators will operate under NGL Transportation's USDOT Authority while performing assigned loads.
•Owner Operators provide and maintain their own commercial tractors.
•NGL Transportation provides dispatch coordination and company chassis.
•Drivers must operate in compliance with NGL Transportation's safety policies and applicable FMCSA regulations.
•Drivers must comply with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and applicable ELD requirements.
•Drivers must participate in required DOT drug and alcohol testing programs.
•All drivers and equipment must be approved by NGL before beginning operations.
•Owner Operators are responsible for maintaining their trucks in safe operating condition and meeting applicable inspection requirements.
