Residential Developer/ Builder seeks well rounded and versatile construction laborer/ property maintenance worker.
We are building better, health-conscious energy efficient houses which favor natural building materials such as Cross Laminated Timber, Hempcrete, Wood Fiber Insulation and Lime.
We are looking for some experience in any of the following:
• General Labor/ Ground Work around Heavy Equipment
• Ability to operate Skid Steer and/ or Excavator
• Experience with Concrete formwork and placement/ finishing.
• Experience with Concrete or Masonry
• Experience working with Plaster or Stucco
• Ability to work safely with Chain Saws, Demo Saws and other portable equipment.
• Carpentry/ Drywall/ Painting
• Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC experience
Work primarily independently and sometimes as part of a crew.
Work in support of work by subcontractors.
Please be on time and don’t cut out early.
Please be able to think and learn and have good ideas.
Must have reliable transportation.
I would like to feel good about paying $200 per day. If you are a well skilled tradesman we can pay you more accordingly. I prefer to pay people well.
We can discuss full or part time work.
