Hustlers Wanted: Commission Sales Rep, Build Monthly Recurring Income (Sarasota/Manatee)

Curb Critter is a fast-growing local trash bin valet and cleaning company serving Sarasota and Manatee County. We roll bins to the curb, bring them back, and keep them clean for homeowners, snowbirds, vacation rentals, and property managers.

We're looking for a local hustler to help us grow from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Sign up homeowners and property managers
• Build relationships with HOAs, condo communities, and vacation rental companies
• Keep your accounts happy so they stay with us

How you get paid

• Bounty: one full month of the customer's subscription for every new account, paid once their second payment clears (about 5 weeks)
• Residual: 5% of every account you bring in, every month, for as long as they stay subscribed
• Big deals pay big: property managers pay per property. Example: a manager with 20 properties at $45 each pays you a $900 bounty, plus $45 every month after that
• Grow with us: for the right long-term partner who helps build this business, an equity opportunity is down the road

Who we want

• Lives in Sarasota or Manatee County and knows the area
• Self-starter who can sell ice to an Eskimo
• Great with people, follows up, doesn't give up
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone

Commission only. Set your own hours. Work it part time or go all in. The more accounts you build, the bigger your monthly check gets.

To apply, reply via email only, with answers to these 4 questions and resume

1. Why are you the right person for this role?
2. Tell us about something you sold that you're proud of. What was it, and how did you close it?
3. Which neighborhoods, communities, or local businesses in Sarasota or Manatee do you already have connections with?
4. If you had to sign up 10 new customers in your first 30 days, how would you do it?
