What you will be doing (Clinical and Operations):
4-6 patients per day
Chairside support: Seamless 4 handed assisting across comprehensive procedures. Sterilization and Imaging: New DTX studio clinic digital xray system, Operation of Itero scanner, operatory setup/breakdown according to the doctor’s direction, and infection control/OSHA protocols.
Administrative and scheduling: Assisting with patient scheduling, filing patient records daily, and handling front-desk tasks.
Boutique Hospitality: Assembling custom patient gift bags and creating a warm, high-touch experience for our clientele.
Practice Care: End-of-day office care, taking out trash, and restocking operatories.
Core Non-Negotiables: Uncompromising Reliability and Punctuality: Since the office is only open 3 days a week, showing up on time and being present for every single scheduled workday is critical. Arriving on time and ready for each morning is a strict requirement.
Total ownership and Accountability: You take pride in managing your duties independently and keeping the daily flow seamless.
