This dining room or conference table is absolutely gorgeous in my opinion. There's minimal few little scratches that can easily be touched up in my opinion, it's been in storage for a very long time, and it's time it's appreciated in a new home or fancy office that can accommodate such a huge table and chair situation. This has 2 leaves that are 20" each that can be added to the table. the table without the leaves measures approx 48.25" w x 90.5" long, and when you add either leaf, it adds 20" per leaf to that length so a total length possible is 130". there is two black boards that fit into a slot if you want to have the leaves in it that is included and shows in the few photos where the table is open to accommodate the leaves.. Those two black boards hold the leaves up and each leaf fits into the table and each other, but you need the long boards shown in some of the photos if you use the leaves. I had hoped to use it in my dining room, but it's just way too big for my house, so it's been in storage for a long time, and it needs a new home to love it. The burl seems to be in good condition in my opinion and has a lovely shine of polished wood, but on the base there is a little evidence of a bit of light peeling that is only visible in the bright light. It's not bad in my opinion, but it would be up to you how you feel about it, but I think it's typical for Burl to do that as it ages. I love this table. I have shown it with some upholstered chairs that I have 12 of that I'd sell under separate posting and two of the Chippendale wood arm chairs, they all have matching stain prevention treated fabric. I think the wood is burl walnut, but I am no expert on this. I hope to get the chairs posted soon. I have no experience in shipping furniture, so this is free pick up only in Santa Barbara, CA.
