Moby Dick Restaurant, located on Stearns Wharf in beautiful Santa Barbara, is looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable hosts to join our team!
We are currently hiring for both daytime and evening shifts, with flexible scheduling opportunities available.
Holiday availability, particularly Thanksgiving and Christmas, is strongly preferred.
What We’re Looking For:
* Friendly, welcoming personalities with great customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional team members
* Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
* Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Previous restaurant or hosting experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities Include:
* Greeting and seating guests
* Managing waitlists and guest flow
* Answering phones and assisting with guest inquiries
* Coordinating with servers and management to ensure smooth service
* Helping create a welcoming experience for locals and visitors alike
