The Space
The apartment is managed by Meridian Group and sits on the second floor, just 4 blocks from downtown Santa Barbara and 4 blocks from the Santa Barbara Bowl. Alice Keck Park, Santa Barbara High School, and a corner store are all right nearby — you really can't beat the location. The common areas are already furnished — couch, La-Z-Boy, TV, kitchen supplies, and more. Your bedroom is 11.5' x 10.5' with a 6'-wide closet, plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, and dresser. There's an additional closet in the hallway that's all yours if you need extra storage. You get the off-street parking spot.
Water and trash are included in rent. We split electric, gas, and internet, about $100 a month. Security deposit is $1,150, due upon signing before move-in.
About Residents
I'm a woman (33) who works from home during the day and likes socialize in the evenings. Weekends I'm usually out and about playing volleyball or meeting up with friends.
Kosha is a friendly and vocal cat who likes to snuggle and play. Unfortunately, she does not get along with other pets.
