Caldwell Construction is hiring a full-time construction laborer for residential projects in the Santa Barbara area.
Duties:
General site cleanup, debris removal, sweeping
Loading/unloading materials, staging tools and equipment
Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed
Demo cleanup and site prep
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet all day
Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus
Shows up on time with a good attitude
Pay: Starting at $25/hr depending on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday.
5 paid holidays per year
