What You'll Do
As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations by:
Leading and motivating Crew members during shifts
Delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality
Coaching and developing team members
Supporting restaurant performance goals and execution
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Managing cash handling and shift procedures
Ensuring a fun, positive, and productive work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for developing people and delivering great customer experiences
