I’m looking for a really sharp, experienced California Transaction Coordinator to assist me on a part-time/as-needed basis with residential sales and high-end leases.
The most important thing: you must be good with DocuSign and CAR forms and able to prepare documents, disclosures, addenda, amendments, extensions, lease paperwork, etc. quickly and accurately.
Ideally, you have 3+ years of California real estate TC experience, are extremely detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable jumping into a transaction and figuring out what needs to be done.
This is not a full-time position — I’m looking for a reliable go-to person I can build an ongoing relationship with. Hours vary and some evening and weekend work will occasionally be required.
This is a work from home - commission based opportunity where you earn a percentage on every transaction.
