Selling my Schecter CV-5 5-String to fund another bass I'm working on fixing up. I love the sounds I can get from this bass (and you can't beat that super thin Schecter neck shape), but I haven't been gigging with it much of late, so I think it's time to pass it on to someone else.

- Condition: Excellent
- No major dings or dents on this instrument (always kept on a stand or in a case when not in use).
- All electronics are fully functional
- Only non-stock parts are the two knobs on the control plate (I thought black looked better than the stock chrome ones)
- Includes hex keys for bridge and truss rod adjustment

- Other Notes:
- Unlike a lot of 5-string basses on the market the CV-5 is a passive bass and does not have an active preamp
- Bass is currently strung with a set of Dunlop Stainless Steel Flatwounds (40-120) ($91 to buy new)
- Factory set of Ernie Ball Slinky roundwound strings is also included in case you want to swap them out.
- Each Diamond J-Bucker pickup has 3 modes (Series, Split/Single Coil, and Parallel) that can be selected with the toggle switches.
- 22 frets, 35" scale, bolt-on maple neck, carbon fiber truss rod, rosewood fretboard, maple body in natural gloss finish, right-handed

These retail for $800 new. Grab this one while you can as you're essentially getting more than $300 off since I'm throwing in the flatwound strings as well.
