SE Autostyling is Santa Barbara's premium destination for paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coatings, trusted by everyone from daily drivers to owners of one-of-one supercars. We're hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative to be the first voice our customers hear.

What you'll do: answer inbound calls, texts, and emails, schedule consultations and take deposits, run in-person consultations, handle invoicing, and own every lead from first contact through close. All leads are inbound, no cold calling.

What we're looking for: experience in high-end service or face-to-face sales and a confident phone manner. You'll be representing a premium brand, so comfort defending real pricing matters more than car knowledge, we'll teach you the rest.

Compensation: $25/hour base plus commission once you're fully ramped and running the role independently.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, based in Santa Barbara. Apply with resume and a bit about your sales or service background.
