We are looking for experienced roofing subcontractor crews for upcoming residential and commercial roofing projects throughout Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County.
We are looking to build long-term relationships with reliable, professional roofing subcontractors for ongoing project opportunities.
This is project-based subcontract work. Subcontractors will be asked to provide their current labor-only pricing/rate sheet for the roofing systems and scopes they perform.
Work may include residential and commercial roofing, including:
- Asphalt composition shingles
- Concrete and clay tile roofing
- Tile resets / lift and relay
- Slate roofing
- Wood shake and wood shingle roofing
- Standing seam metal roofing
- Other metal roofing systems
- TPO roofing
- Torch-down / modified bitumen roofing
- Built-up roofing systems
- Roof coatings and restoration systems
- Full tear-offs and re-roofs
- New roof installations
- Roofing repairs and leak repairs
- Underlayment installation and replacement
- Plywood / roof decking replacement
- Dry rot and damaged wood replacement related to roofing
- Fascia board replacement
- Soffit repair/replacement
- Gutters and downspouts
- Drip edge
- Roof crickets and saddles
- Valleys
- Flashing and counter-flashing
- Chimney flashing
- Pipe and roof penetrations
- Roof vents and ventilation
- Ridge vents
- Skylight installation/replacement and flashing
- Waterproofing related to roofing systems
- Roofing accessories and components
- Jobsite protection and cleanup
You do not need to perform every roofing system listed above. Please let us know which types of roofing and scopes your crew specializes in.
All roofing materials for each project will be purchased, ordered, and coordinated by us. Subcontractors are responsible for labor/workmanship and installation only. No roofing material purchasing is required from the subcontractor.
Subcontractor Requirements:
- Must hold an active California CSLB C-39 Roofing Contractor license
- Must be properly insured and bonded
- Must maintain current General Liability Insurance
- Must maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance, as required
- Must maintain appropriate Auto Liability Insurance for vehicles used for the work
- Proof of license, insurance, and bonding will be required before starting any project
- Must have an experienced roofing crew
- Must have the tools and equipment necessary to perform the work
- Must provide current labor-only pricing/rate sheet
- Must provide current availability and areas serviced
