Ideal candidate will have Journeyman level experience in the trades, preferable Carpentry as a foundation, then demonstrated leadership experience managing crews, subcontractors on high end projects. Job Description
Read & Interpret Plans, Specifications and Related Building Codes
Schedule & Coordinated workflow, crews, subcontractors and material deliveries
Manage Quality Control Systems
Document and Manage RFI's
Complete Daily logs & Weekly Updates
Manage weekly site meetings with Owners, Architects, Designers
Work Closely with Project Manager to keep projects on Schedule & on Budget
Promote positive, safe & productive work environment
