Local Engineer/Robotics Hobbyist Wanted to Help Build RC Prototype – Santa Bar (Santa Barbara)

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone local to the Santa Barbara/Goleta area who is interested in engineering, robotics, RC vehicles, electronics, or prototype building.
I have an idea for a small remote-controlled device and need help turning it into a basic working prototype. I understand what I want it to do, but I need someone who can help with the motors, wheels, controls, frame, and overall mechanical/electronic design.
I’m looking for a potential project partner, but I’m also open to discussing paid help. You don’t have to be a professional engineer—engineering students, RC hobbyists, makers, mechanics, and people familiar with Arduino, CAD, or 3D printing are welcome.
I’m intentionally keeping the concept vague in a public post. I can explain the general purpose privately, then provide more information after we’ve spoken and agreed on how we’ll work together.
