Kitchen Supervisor needed 1:00-8pm, 5 days a week. Job is available immediately.
Job Duties to include:
Oversight of kitchen including prep, service, expo, ordering
Place food orders with vendors
Create daily Prep List
Help with prep and cooking on the line if needed
Ensure food quality + consistency, sanitation + cleaning standards, and organization
Work well with others in a fast paced environment, and keep kitchen staff on task
Create weekly food specials
Experience:
2+ years kitchen experience - must have previous experience as a cook and supervisor/management
Bilingual, or able to communicate in both English and Spanish
