Keep 70% (local business venture for a local entrepreneur)
I’m good at legitimately acquiring previously owned, excellent quality durable goods of all types. I’m also good at marketing and listing durable goods online for later sale both online and in person, and making those sales. I have about 25 years of local experience doing this, and I know the markets. Lately I am wanting to spend more time in other pursuits, so I would like to continue acquiring durable goods but give up 70% of Net proceeds from the sale of those things to the right local business partner. (Net proceeds are the amount of money that remains after any expenses are incurred to acquire, prepare, store and sell individual items).
The right business partner will gladly accept the latter responsibilities and challenges and will receive as much of my help and advice as they need and as I can provide toward fulfilling our common business goals.
As the right business partner, this venture and your informal (but professional) partnership with me will require some of your space, some of your time, your business, financial and legal knowledge and skills, and especially your research and people skills. It will not require any finances or startup funds.
