The case is black, has rounded corners, 2 clip locks, and a combination lock. The outside has marks from travel, but the inside is pristine with three pieces of uncut fitted foam. The top foam is 1-1/2 in deep with one side egg crate. The bottom foam is 3/4 in deep. The middle foam is 2.5 inches deep, sturdy, and needs to be precisely cut. It is not pick-out foam.
To set a Zero Halliburton combination lock, ensure the dials are on the default 0-0-0 combination, press the small reset button with a pointed tool until it clicks, set your new 3-digit code, and then ensure the reset button pops back out to lock in your new combination. Test the new combination by scrambling the dials, then entering the code to ensure it opens.
