We are looking for a highly skilled Jobsite Superintendent to lead a major seismic renovation project. You will manage daily field operations, enforce safety rules, and keep the project on schedule. Your main focus will be overseeing structural retrofits, concrete work, and building reinforcements, all while maintaining the strict quality standards required for a high-end building renovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily Operations: Manage daily site activities, crew members, and subcontractors.
• Safety Control: Enforce OSHA standards and jobsite safety programs.
• Schedule Management: Keep work aligned with the master project schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect structural reinforcement and high-end finishes for absolute accuracy.
• Coordination: Run daily huddles and solve field issues with engineers and project managers.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial or structural construction.
• Project History: Proven track record leading high-end building renovations and major seismic retrofits.
• Certifications: Current OSHA 30-Hour card and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read complex structural drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills to manage large subcontractor teams.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle unforeseen structural challenges in older or occupied luxury buildings.
