What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:
ā Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
ā Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
ā Answering questions and providing local recommendations
ā Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings
ā Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately
ā Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
ā Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
ā Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
ā Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
ā Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent telephone skills
Good problem-solving skills
Professional appearance
Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
Hotel front desk experience, a plus
