The Alexander Properties is looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys being involved
in the Santa Barbara community. This flexible, part-time position (20-30 hours/week) pays
$25.00-35.00/hour and focuses on building relationships, connecting with local organizations,
and understanding the value of lasting partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
Meeting and connecting with local businesses, healthcare professionals, and community
organizations.
Attending networking events, community gatherings, and local activities.
Building relationships with professionals who work with older adults and their families.
Exploring opportunities for community partnerships and collaborations.
Helping introduce people to Alexander Gardens and Villa Alamar.
Working with our team to share community news, events, and outreach opportunities.
Keeping track of contacts and following up on new connections.
Who Would Be a Great Fit?
Someone who is personable, enthusiastic, dependable, and genuinely enjoys people. You are a
good listener, comfortable working independently, and know how to turn a simple conversation
into a meaningful connection. Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, marketing, or
community outreach is helpful, but just as important is a positive attitude and a genuine interest
in the Santa Barbara community.
A Flexible, Part-Time Opportunity
This position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to attend local events and meet with
community partners. Some activities may take place during evenings or weekends.
